DESIGN
From a given project with a 3D technical drawing, we assess the feasibility and casting technique requirements.
If no technical drawing is available, our staff are able to create one from an idea or an existing sample.
PATTERN PLATE
With the 3D technical drawing, we create the tooling needed to reproduce the part, considering the order quantity (small or large batches or single castings).
PRODUCTION
We produce the cast parts using the patterns created. Castings in aluminium (mechanical, corrosion-proof or food-approved alloys), brass and bronze, depending on your needs.
